Laura Care Coordination
Personalized care lines for patients. Care coordination lines are designed according to your operator’s needs and protocols and based on the mapped epidemiological profile. Laura gets in touch via WhatsApp with patients and beneficiaries who are inserted in the lines of care. All receive a link to a follow-up questionnaire according to the lines of care where they are included.
The operator’s assistance team will monitor the entire patient journey through the care line monitoring center and, if an alert is identified, the health team can assist the patient through chat or teleconsultation.

My work as a Designer
I worked as a UI and UX Designer from the first stages of the project, designing and updating the solution that started as an MVP.  I manage to work with multiple Product Managers, Service Designers, UX Researchers, and UX Writers. 
Some of my roles on the team were:
 • Developing and conceptualizing comprehensive UI/UX design solutions for the product.
• Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes. 
• Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior. 
• Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design. 
• Handoff new interfaces and features to the development team. 
• Updating the design system and creating new UI kits.
